Primarily we compete on quality of service not price!

The rate for a hire is influenced by the client’s “vehicle preference,” the duration “time,” and “mileage.” Hires such as Airport Transfers are based on a “basic rate” allowing for predetermined time and mileage. Additional time or mileage is then added. Expenses such as parking, meet & greet services, porters and tolls will be added. Most London based hires are calculated as starting and finishing in Central London. The time and mileage required to drive to and from the start and finish of a hire is considered and may be incorporated.

Long Distance / Touring:   Rate agreed at the pre-booking stage.

 

Chauffeur Only:

Driving clients own vehicles:   £30.00 per hour. ***Insurance cover to be arranged by the hirer***.

Account clients:

Account rates are subject to VAT @20%. Monthly billing offers 30 day credit terms. Overdue hires may incur a penalty.

Chauffeur Gratuities / Meal allowance / Accommodation:

Chauffeur gratuities are discretionary and will only be added at he instruction of the hirer. Hires exceeding 12 hours warrant a £10 meal allowance. Chauffeur’s overnight hotel accommodation is from £100.00 depending on location and tariffs.

Wi-Fi / Carphone

 A complimentary Wi-Fi  “hotspot” is available to clients in our vehicles. Use of the car phone is a discretional charge.

Credit Card / BACS

We accept Credit card payments by Visa, Master Card and American Express. Invoices may be settled by BACS transfer are welcome.

Council Parking Enforcement

London’s chauffeurs are hounded daily by parking attendants. Westminster is famed for over zealous and aggressive ticketing although some discretion has become increasingly apparent. London’s streets are monitored by CCTV, Smart car and foot patrols. Stopping to set down or collect clients on Red Routes, Yellow lines and resident’s bays is permitted but not Loading bays. Chauffeurs awaiting clients outside hotels, shops, restaurants and offices risks a PCN (Penalty Charge Notice). Clients insisting their chauffeur remains parked illegally will be expected to reimburse any PCNs issued. At he outset of your hire it is strongly advised you come to an arrangement with your chauffeur to call or text when your departure is imminent. This makes the day less stressful for you and your chauffeur who may otherwise be playing a game or cat and mouse with the parking attendant. We do our utmost to be at the door as you appear but invariably we will be half way round the block as you appear thanks to being moved on at the wrong moment.
